Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in basic accounting functions, such as expense tracking and budget monitoring.
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on company policies.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., payroll systems, ATS).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
