Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in basic accounting functions, such as expense tracking and budget monitoring.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on company policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., payroll systems, ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
