Responsibility
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify talent gaps and recommend hiring or upskilling strategies.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR and individual departments to track progress and performance.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR policies and procedures with business objectives.
- Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to support employee growth and retention.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and company regulations to mitigate risks.
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management, and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
