Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify talent gaps and recommend hiring or upskilling strategies.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR and individual departments to track progress and performance.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR policies and procedures with business objectives.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to support employee growth and retention.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and company regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training, recruitment, or HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management, and HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
