Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers with candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in construction, engineering, or a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
