Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers with candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in construction, engineering, or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
