Are you a seasoned training professional with a passion for culinary excellence and operational standards? International Food Services is looking for a dynamic Training Instructor to join our team in Paranaque City. As the face of our training division, you will be instrumental in shaping the skills of our catering crew, ensuring that every team member embodies our commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing our operating procedures across all catering touchpoints. You will design, facilitate, and oversee training programs that empower our staff to deliver top-tier service consistently. Responsibility

  • Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for catering personnel on company SOPs and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through regular assessments and performance tracking.
  • Represent International Food Services as a subject matter expert in catering operations.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning modules.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols during all training sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date training manuals, digital assets, and instructional materials.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to new hires to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Training Instructor, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or catering industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong grasp of food safety standards (HACCP) and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to design engaging and impactful training curricula.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and instructional design skills.
  • Willingness to travel between catering sites as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital learning tools.
