Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and high-energy English language lessons tailored to children aged 3 to 7 years.
- Prepare and adapt comprehensive lesson materials and teaching aids based on our proprietary in-house curriculum.
- Assess and monitor each child's linguistic development, providing detailed progress reports to parents and management.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and visually stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching methodologies and share best practices.
- Lead and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and enrichment activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English to preschool or primary-aged children in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency to serve as a strong linguistic role model.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with young children and their parents.
