Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and student achievement.
- Oversee the implementation of the K-12 curriculum and monitor instructional quality across all grade levels.
- Manage school operations, including fiscal budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Facilitate continuous professional development and performance evaluations for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Strengthen community relations by engaging with parents, alumni, and local organizations in school programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with DepEd policies, Civil Service Commission regulations, and other legal mandates.
- Lead the development and monitoring of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for all students and staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Educational Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience as School Principal I or equivalent administrative leadership role.
- Must be a licensed Professional Teacher (LET) with a valid PRC identification card.
- Possession of Career Service Professional (Second Level) eligibility or relevant CSC eligibility.
- Proven track record in instructional leadership, curriculum management, and school administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Completed at least 40 hours of relevant management and leadership training.
- Demonstrated ability to manage school budgets and government procurement processes.
