Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Design engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to customize training solutions that address specific operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in learning and development to enhance training strategies.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and other training tools.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
