Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
