Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and digital resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Foster a culture of learning and development by promoting knowledge-sharing and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
