Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and feedback.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics such as participant feedback, performance improvements, and ROI analysis.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve programs.
- Manage the training budget, including vendor relationships and resource allocation, to maximize impact.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
