Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, employee records, and compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance teams.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Oversee office administration, including vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace by maintaining administrative workflows and office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain high ethical standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
