Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate, engaging job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market insights to refine sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through creative and effective strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
