Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all Bali locations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using modern HRIS systems
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement for all employees
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage office administration including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with all local and national employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in financial services or similar industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
