Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and market standards.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure our rewards packages remain attractive and compliant.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop budgets and forecasts for compensation-related expenses.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on compensation policies and best practices.
- Lead special projects, such as equity programs, bonus structures, or expatriate compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and global HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Certification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CEBS) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment with cross-cultural teams.
