Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent for various roles.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration of new hires.
- Assist in payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Develop and implement employee retention initiatives to enhance engagement and reduce turnover.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
- Utilize HR software and tools to track recruitment metrics and generate reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
