As an HR Administrator, you will oversee daily HR functions, from employee onboarding to compliance and record-keeping. Your expertise will help foster a productive and positive work environment while aligning HR practices with company policies and local labor regulations. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personnel files, using digital HR systems.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and liaise with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for local hires.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and other HR-related inquiries, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and Indonesian employment regulations.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management, offering solutions and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with Bali’s employment landscape is a plus.
