True Chef and Baker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Capital & General Affairs (HCGA) Manager to join our growing team in Bali. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance across all operational and administrative functions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and employment compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
