Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify areas for employee development and improvement.
- Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives support business objectives and operational needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve programs.
- Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
