Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, such as leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
