Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
  • Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, such as leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
