Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle general affairs duties, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Support performance management systems, including appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in the workplace.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
