Responsibility
- Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards in Workday and other BI tools to visualize key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, hiring efficiency).
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to define KPIs and create reports that support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity by validating sources, cleaning datasets, and implementing quality controls.
- Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes.
- Train HR teams on self-service analytics tools and promote a data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Workday, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
