Responsibility
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance and support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
