Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for high-volume call center hiring across multiple Bali locations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Optimize recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract top talent in Bali's competitive market
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment data analysis to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Organize and coordinate large-scale recruitment events and job fairs in Bali
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and recruitment partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in call center or customer service environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of Bali's job market and local recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
