Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent for various roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate suitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR staffing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with a focus on behavioral and competency-based evaluations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
