Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, tax deductions, and social security contributions (BPJS).
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, and overtime calculations.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, finance, and government authorities as required.
- Liaise with external payroll service providers (if applicable) and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, benefit claims, and tax-related questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian payroll systems, tax laws (PPh 21), and BPJS regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian payroll systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
