Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
