Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs, pain points, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with Certis Security’s business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and driving excellence in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding, sourcing, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and operations, to enhance recruitment outcomes and employer branding.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners to expand talent pipelines and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Certis Security’s HR policies and procedures in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and driving talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
