Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the hospitality industry, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent for hotel and resort operations across Bali.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance retention.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and align with company goals.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages in collaboration with finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
