Responsibility
- Conduct proactive sourcing using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and niche platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies (Boolean, X-Ray, semantic) to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles for role fit, experience, and cultural alignment with client requirements.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach (emails, InMail, calls) to spark interest in open positions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to refine job descriptions and optimize sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
- Track and document sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline metrics in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment tools/technologies.
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring teams to improve recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Proven success in sourcing for high-volume or niche roles (IT, finance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools (e.g., SeekOut, X-Ray).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
