Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake to offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Teleperformanceâs global recruitment policies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Teleperformanceâs reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and sourcing techniques (Boolean search, passive candidate outreach).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with remote/hybrid team management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
