Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple departments
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create detailed job specifications
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive candidates
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
  • Proficiency with ATS software and HR databases (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse)
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus
