Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple departments
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create detailed job specifications
- Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive candidates
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency with ATS software and HR databases (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse)
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus
