Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate staff welfare programs, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, workplace safety, and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, improve processes, and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations (preferably in a multinational or consulting environment).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
