Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives, including drafting job descriptions and promoting openings on digital platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and HR events to attract top talent.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or ATS (a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
