Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Audit, Finance, and Accounting roles, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs in finance and accounting domains.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting, or audit roles.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a bonus.
