Responsibility

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and employee data.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for new and existing staff.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR support, administrative roles, or recruitment (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
