Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for healthcare roles.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and benefits enrollment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA) and internal HR policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping, collaborating with finance teams as needed.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly, providing HR guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Develop and implement HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in a US or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in remote work with a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
