Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for healthcare roles.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and benefits enrollment.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA) and internal HR policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping, collaborating with finance teams as needed.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly, providing HR guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
- Develop and implement HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in a US or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in remote work with a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry HR practices is a plus.
