Responsibility
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance Erajaya’s reputation as an employer of choice in Indonesia and beyond.
- Create compelling content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts) that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to align employer branding initiatives with talent acquisition goals.
- Manage and optimize Erajaya’s careers page and job postings for SEO to improve visibility and candidate engagement.
- Organize and promote employer branding events (e.g., webinars, career fairs, networking sessions) to attract top talent.
- Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics (e.g., engagement rates, application conversions) to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Support internal communications efforts to boost employee advocacy and engagement with our employer brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding to ensure Erajaya remains competitive in the talent market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in employer branding, HR communications, or talent marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of creating engaging content (e.g., social media, blogs, videos) for employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to employer branding and talent attraction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with employer branding tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, Canva, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building authentic employer brands.
