Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Workstream as a top workplace through engaging content and outreach.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
