Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting Workstream as a top workplace through engaging content and outreach.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
