Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all recruitment records.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration (internships included).
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
