Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all recruitment records.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine candidate sourcing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration (internships included).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
