Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Contribute to HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and wellness programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize training and development programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Provide general support to the People & Culture team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a passion for working with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
- Open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
