Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Handle general affairs, including office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and workplace safety.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and general administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
