Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles for open positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidatesâ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer negotiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across various departments.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level positions in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet) and ATS software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
