Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for various roles, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and onboarding.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the company's database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and healthcare regulations to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets to maximize commission and incentives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
