Responsibility
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership and department heads.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing HR technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
