Responsibility
- Coordinate and organize training programs, workshops, and seminars for business school participants.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
- Liaise with trainers, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing training content and resources in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Handle logistical arrangements such as travel, accommodation, and catering for training events.
- Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, event coordination, or training logistics (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
