Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures
- Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for store improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
