Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations under the guidance of experienced supervisors
- Learn and implement customer service best practices to enhance shopping experience
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise display
- Participate in team training sessions and leadership development workshops
- Assist in monitoring store performance metrics and sales targets
- Help maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Develop skills in team coordination and conflict resolution
- Contribute to promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail POS systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Residents of Bali or willing to relocate preferred
