Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Support the store supervisor in team leadership, scheduling, and performance management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation
- Participate in training programs to develop retail management skills
- Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and promotional activities
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures
- Contribute to sales targets and operational efficiency improvements
- Participate in regular performance reviews and development planning
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numerical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (additional local languages advantageous)
