Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and efficiency in financial services.
- Support senior management in daily operations, including client relations, reporting, and process optimization.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Participate in leadership training programs to enhance managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
