Responsibility
- Assist senior financial advisors in client financial assessments and personalized planning.
- Develop and present customized financial strategies (investments, insurance, retirement planning).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Support in client onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Participate in training sessions and MDRT mentorship programs to enhance advisory skills.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Track and report on performance metrics and client portfolio progress.
- Engage in networking and lead-generation activities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
- Basic understanding of financial products (insurance, investments, retirement plans).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and advisory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus).
- Willingness to undergo full training and obtain relevant certifications.
