Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable and credit control processes for Australian clients
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and initiate collection procedures
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth payment processes
- Generate regular reports on aging receivables and collection activities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or collections
- Experience working with Australian or Western clients preferred
- Strong understanding of credit control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
